Was your tubing obvious in the beginning like mine?

goose1235, everything down there was swollen like a Macy's parade balloon or like a baseball (felt like a softball). I had a lot of bleeding and edema. So no, nothing stood out. That said, the top of the pump normally sits at the left side of the base and it and the tubes connected to it can easily be felt, but they don't stand out. My wife hasn't said she can feel them and they certainly don't bother her. She has said that when I'm max inflated, and in just the right position, she can sometimes feel the tips of the cylinders. I normally inflate to 85-95% -- it feels more natural to her and has better sensation to me.

For me, hopefully settling deeper once it is less swollen, though I seem to swollen minimally, I can see the tubing manifesting as two round bumps on either side of the penis at the base. I can also feel the tubing in the scrotum that prevents me from putting a finger deeper. From underneath, I can see the tubing that runs to my left up to shaft quite easily also. It looks like a large lump on my shaft.

goose1235, have you sent pics to your Dr to see what he says ? They all have their own way of doing things and can probably tell you what to expect and how that resolves.

I’m in the same boat and feeling really stressed. I recently had a revision surgery, just three months after my first one, to switch to a length-expanding model. My original procedure was infrapubic, and I could hardly feel any tubing - apart from the pump in my scrotum, it felt like a completely natural penis.

This revision, however, was done penoscrotally, and now I can clearly feel the tubing right where my penis connects to my scrotum. It feels unnatural, and I’m worried it might limit my penetration length. My nurse reassured me that it shouldn’t cause any issues and that the tubing can be adjusted a bit as the swelling goes down, but I can’t help feeling anxious.

If anyone has gone through something similar, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience - especially if the tubing became less noticeable over time. I’m concerned that I might need a third revision in six months.

I’m quite worried as well of it limiting my length. Do you also feel tubing at your base on either side like I do? It might just the result of the penoscrotal approach. At this point, as long as it doesnt affect comfort or penetrative length, then Im happy. But as it is, right now, it is very uncomfortable and I cant imagine it going away? There’s no space for it to go
