Nordicguy, question for you on preop size as we just had the same exact implant. I am just hoping to get back to that size as it seems a bit shorter. I am not inflated though so thoughts on if it comes out more when inflated?

I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't measure my preop size, so I'm not sure.. I'm mentally prepared to lose a bit of length though, as that appears to be the norm, but hoping it's not too much, as I'm not that well endowed to begin with!

Welcome Nordicguy. All looks fine, the bruising etc will disappear over time.
I had the same type of horizontal penoscrotal incision, which looked similar, although possibly slightly closer to the base of the penis.
Now I really can't even see a scar at all. I didn't have an abdominal incision, the reservoir was installed via penoscrotal.
Also have a similar sized AMS implant at 21 cm, although mine is an LGX.
There was numbness initially on the underside of the shaft near the base, but it has diminished substantially.

Thank you, LGXDownunder. Now that you mention the initial numbness on the underside of the shaft at the base, I'm actually experiencing something similar, so maybe it's typical for this type of incision.

Thanks also for the well wishes! I am recovering well. Most of the soreness is gone, only some left at the base of the shaft where the deflated cylinders seem to tend to wrinkle and bunch up a bit, as well as the base of the scrotum where the pump rests. Very keen to inflate this puppy when the time comes.

Looks great.. You are healing very well.. Doesn't look like alot of swelling. When I had my first one done my ballsack was huge for weeks. I am getting a replacement in a few weeks and hopinh that it will be alot easier this time.

I’m betting in six weeks you won’t even notice scar unless you look for it.
I had Scrotoplasty with my implant and just asked my wife if she could see the scar She says not unless I point it out and my incision is probably a bit over six inches. Oh, the things I ask her to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon.
