Once pills failed for me, I used injections for a decade. They still work, but I'm getting an implant Tuesday. Injection therapy has a very high rate of intolerance. In my case I tolerated the injections well, but hated the lack of spontaneity and ongoing risk of scarring and Peyronie's Disease.

It's pretty common for patients to skip injections altogether or only use them short term. But if pills still work for you I'd suggest continuing with them even if you need big doses. It's really the least risky and most convenient solution.

Shit yes
After years of pill use, they began to make me sick, heart burn and gurd followed every use the issue would last for 7-10 days after taking a pill, that was it for me not to mention the chronic “ bad timing” situations making some of the occasions mote. Ie she changed her mind, maybe tomorrow night…
At my first consolation w Dr. he said lets skip the next step ( shots) and just fix this before doing scaring.
Best advice ever.

That there can cause ED in itself. I got to the point I would do that to her.
