Hard bumps/parts at base of penis, tubing?

Newly implanted a week ago, but I seem to have visible bumps at the base of the penis on either side which effectively shortens its useable length slightly. It’s hard right where the scrotum meets the shaft as well. Does anyone know if this will move into a better place? It’s very hard right there and I cant imagine it being comfortable to a partner when it smacks them.

Hopefully so, still early for sure. There’s a weird curve to my penis now, but I heard that should straighten with time. The tubing is so stiff and obvious.

My issue is that I’m hearing mixed answers. Some say that there shouldnt be tubing felt at all at the base of the penis or in the scrotum right where the penis meets it. But I feel it in both areas as quite rigid and will definitely be uncomfortable to me and my partner

How were you implanted? Infrapubic or scrotal. I was infrapubic and can definitely feel a tube coming out just above my penis and going around the left side real tight to the base. Yes it’s hard but a total non issue. You’re only a week out so don’t worry about it yet. Nothing to do about anything right now but heal up and get used to it. Surely you have a follow up w Dr soon so discus then. Sounds normal for one week out.

goose1235, welcome to the bionic brotherhood ! FWIW -- it took weeks for my swelling to go away and after that, the tubing and pump were fine. That said, I'd definitely discuss with your Dr at next visit.

Penoscrotal. I feel tubing on both sides, though one aide may just be bumpy dog ears? I have ams CX. I have this snakelike tubing that coils once at base of my penis on the left side that spans about 1 to 2 cm. That doesn’t seem tight to me. It it were tight it would be a non issue. Quite worried about it.
