Just Did It: Bionic & Filler

Dear brotherhood,

I did it. I finally, really did it.

After a lot of talk with SWorks17 and a lot of talk and a great meeting with Goodwood, I managed to screw up the courage to submit to the tender mercies of my surgeon, Dr. Alex Shteynshlyuger in New York City.

I had the surgery on Friday the 17th of October, 2025 (I have to put the year in, just in case this ends up being an infinite thread…)

If any of you remember, I had a pretty weird thread discussing my thought process and how I wandered all over the place between the LGX and the Titan:

Basically, I already have silicone filler under my shaft skin and two large silicone testicles – I still have my original ones that have become quite small after years of TRT. In the end, My doctor and I decided that I needed the sturdiest and most rigid cylinders to support the “package”.

According to the post-surgery report, I have the Coloplast Titan Zero Degree cylinders. They are 24 cm + 1 cm RTE for a total implanted length of 25 cm. The reservoir is 125 cc and the pump is the OTR.

Right now, I think I am inflated to around 60% and it is quite STIFF. I wonder what it will be like when it is at 90% or higher. I’ll probably hang small home appliances off of it.

I also have a bulb attached to my scrotum to drain some blood and stuff. The pace at which it is filling up seems to be slowing down. The doctor asked for measurements every few hours. Based on what I report to him by the middle of the afternoon today, he may want to remove it either on Sunday or on Monday. We’ll see.

So far, the pain is quite manageable. It feels more like a sore dick than anything else. Kinda like when you have a 3-hour erection after a tri-mix injection. But I am taking Ketorolac (non-narcotic) every 6 hours and it is keeping the pain in check.

I am yet to meet with the doctor post surgery. But, it looks like he really took his time to deal with my anatomy and do the best job possible. I am feeling very little pain since I woke up after the surgery.

I went into the OR at 7:30 AM and woke up at 3:00 PM. I don't think that was just the anesthesia.

30 hours since the surgery.
Here are some of the bad things:

1- there is a bulb full of blood hanging from my groin. Small price to pay.
2- the wrap around my balls and dick was really bugging me like you would not believe. I solved the problem by stuffing Kleenex between the wrap and my skin. Feeling much better.
3- my glans is super sensitive. Again, Kleenex came to the rescue; I wrapped the Kleenex around my dick and the problem went away.
4- peeing is difficult; my dick is pointing at 2:00 PM and I have to use a plastic urinalysis to make sure I don’t paint the bathroom yellow. My wife would not like that. So, lots of bending down and contorting to make sure that liquids go where they are supposed to.
5- pain picks up every few hours and I have to take the pain meds. Normal.
6- I am starting to feel sore in my lower abdomen where I think the reservoir is, I think. If it gets strong, I’ll call the doctor.
7- I just started feeling some chills. I took my temperature. It is 98.4. Normal.
8- I am BORED! I need for things to hurry the f up so I can see what I have between my legs.

The first couple days you have one job. Rest and ice. Ice and rest.

It’s exciting stuff. Soon you’ll be like a kid on Christmas morning unwrapping the bicycle shaped present. You KNOW what it is, but you aren’t sure what it looks like yet.

Expect some bruising. Your big guy went several rounds in the ring and took quite a beating. But everything changes pretty rapidly the first couple days and weeks.

In no time at all you’ll be back in the saddle.
