I'm still figuring the pump out--its difficult to handle through the scrotum. I would not leave it inflated for long periods of time because it is uncomfortable--I don't know if it is harmful. I'm not sure what one touch means--there are two tabs on the original Titan pump for deflation, so maybe it means one point of contact? Or perhaps I am doing it wrong, I'll experiment next time I cycle. I want it closed to minimize it inflating on its own.

The Coloplast ONE Touch pump has definitely only ONE button, which is pretty small and if you google it, you will see multiple pictures of it on the internet.
By the way, Coloplast also provides a rubber keychain-model to illustrate and train a bit. I wrote them an e-mail and they sent me one, because my surgeon did not have one and it is a German company anyway.

So today I could test the deflate function again and it is definitelyonly ONE touch necessary to open the valve and to close/lock it again, you can press the pump a bit. But not sure if that is necessary or not!?! I will ask Coloplast directly!

And according to all the answers now I learned out that an "implant-cock" will not look the same like before, especially in the beginning when the cylinders are quite stiff. As a matter of fact when I started my day in the morning, my cock was sticking out and in the evening it looked much more decent due to the bending which got more during the day.

So again, thanks a lot for your help and please excuse my language mistakes!

I've had the one touch and now the classic pump. The one touch took a little more getting use to finding the deflate button and wasn't truly a one touch. I had to hold it maybe 2-3 seconds and then squeeze the penis hard. The classic pump you need to hold down the button the entire time but it's a little easier to hold.

Generally with both pumps you can get it pretty deflated, but it creates dog ears for me. I usually leave 20% inflated to iron out those wrinkles.

It is a little bit strange and you are right! When I just ress the OneTouch button once, I can feel the pressure leave,b ut cannot squeeze too much out and when I hold the bitton and squeeze, much more is getting out!
but anyway, part of it felles like "coming back" into the penis afterwards......a bit strange and maybe I can ask the Coloplast guys directly why that is and about the function of the OneTouch.

And can I ask you another thing?

Before my cock was almost 20cm (see picture with vacuum pump BEFORE surgery) and yesterday I inflated it as much as I could for the first time and did not even achieve 15cm (see picture)
Did you experience the same? Is it getting better and bigger after a while and what can I do to come back to my pre-op size?

My surgeon told me they used 22cm cylinders and 3cm extension kit. So should that be enough to be back at 20cm?

I've got the OTR, and it took me around six weeks after surgery before I learned how to deflate it.
