Agree with others, I had infrapubic which I would think doesn’t matter in this question. I get morning wood although it’s very firm I can still fell the cavernosa is flat. Also as others say after sex I can deflate as much as possible and it still looks 50% at least. This goes down within an hour after sex. Seems my engorgement has gradually gotten better over the 3-1/2 years since I’ve been implanted. I used generic cialis from India at first and later generic compounded troques from local pharmacy for many years and recently started getting generic cialis in pill form from local pharmacy and I can definitely tell these are by far the strongest effects I’ve had from cialis in all the years I’ve been using it. Use 5mg daily and occasionally 10 mg on sex days. Living my implant!!!

I have been fortunate enough to retained a tremendous amount of natural engorgment.

I just got the AMS CX on Thursday. Don’t get the cath out until tomorrow. Is it weird that it feels like I am getting hard? Not that hard but feels like a nice chub. I can’t see it because I am still mummy wrapped until.

I'm on second week now, although haven't started cycling, it was so good to know that you still feel that blood rushing down there.
I'm healing which is good, but still super sore.
God bless the person who recommended the baby socks over your shaft. I can now move around, walk around as normal now.

I have an appointment next week for cycling instructions, I'm nervous as I can only feel the bulb, I'm unable to grip the whole unit even with both hands, it feels like it's too high.

Also abit worried as many mention, the cycling pain at the start is usually the worst pain.
