I used the VED right up until the day before surgery. I was never aggressive with the VED. I think guys that do high pressure for long periods of time would want to back off earlier. But my VED use was always feeling stretched and slight discomfort but never painful. And I only did about 15 minutes or 20 minutes a day.

I did not use a shot of Trimix for three days before surgery.

Nothing to eat or drink after midnight.

Anyone using GLP-1 meds (Ozempic or Terzepitide) should mention it to the surgeon. Anesthesia providers will likely want that stopped one or two doses before surgery.

He really gave us a huge amount of comfort and encouragement.

Surgery is scheduled for this Friday the 17th of October.

I will be getting a Titan.
