I can get good erection with Cialis or other drugs but the side effects are getting worst.
I will get pain in muscles and headaches and feel really bad for a few days after I take it. I tried different dose and generic vs original with no help. Levitra and viagra are even worst.
With the implant a lot of you are saying you still use Cialis after.
Can you get good results without it?
Confused .
With Implant do you still need to use Cialis?

Short answer is yes (for me). As long as I feel horny enough/libido is good I don't need to take anything. The mechanical working of the implant does the heavy lifting. I can orgasm quite intensely, and have enough engorgement of glans etc just from mental stimulation. Sometimes I choose to pop 25 mg Viagra just for a boost but really isn't usually necessary. I only tried Cialis (generic Tadalafil) after getting ED following my prostatectomy. It didn't do much for me at all, so I haven't bothered with it since getting implanted. YMMV.

Some surgeons will recommend daily Cialis use to maintain better blood flow in residual erectile tissue and keep it healthy longer
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.

Re: With Implant do you still need to use Cialis?
Prior to implant I was using up to 20 mg C and it wasn’t helping. After I started injecting I would still use 5-10 mg C and it helped with engorgement of the glans. After immediately after implant I had very little engorgement and started using 5mg C most days and it helped. After 8-10 months seemed like my natural engorgement without C was getting better. So now I use 5-10 mg on days that I have sex. Not sure if it’s a mental boost but definitely helps my pecker stay fluffy even when not turned on. Tempted to try not using but at the low 5-10mg dose I don’t have any noticeably side effects and with generic being so cheep I’ll prob keep using it.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
