I was prescribed Caborgoline for this purpose. It's a dopamine promoter and it didn't help.

I’ve taken Bupropion for a couple years, just started a new RX, once daily.
I rarely have orgasms easily, but hurray I had three in last 24 hours, I doubt it’s from the Bupropion. It’s from intense hardcore sex. Also I may add I’ve hit the gym since Aug 8 and six days a week since Sept 4.
There is another thread going on about lack of orgasms I see your in it as well. I’ll probably post something there tomorrow. It’s late.

I've been taking 75 mg for about 3 months. I can't say for sure that it has helped but I have seen some improvement in that timeframe. Other factors may be at work but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to Bupropion and continuing - even moving up to 150mg to see if that is even better.

A few years ago my urologist put me on 150mg of Buproprion XL (extended release) to try to lower the threshold to orgasm.

It didn’t make a difference.

Then we went to 300mg.

It didn’t make a difference.

Then we went to 450mg.

It didn’t change anything about my orgasms. I did feel a bit better overall. I never considered taking antidepressants. Never thought it was something I needed. But I liked that I felt like I had some extra spring in my step so I’ve continued it since.

I have struggled with inorgasmia since my ED began back 15 years ago. However it does seem that after the first year or so with the implant things have gotten a little more consistent but still require a LOT of effort to finish.
In last year I’ve been using a prostate stimulation toy while having sex which has made a massive difference. Actually wait sometimes til I think the timing is right to use the toy as it generally makes things come to an end within 5 min or so.
Also think that with all the stimulation I needed prior to implant and prior to injections that I could have been stressing the nerves a bit in my dick. Also think injections probably strained things a lot as when the injections worked they worked extremely good and would get so hard that it almost hurt in a good kind of way. Then in the 4 months prior to implant I used a VED twice daily for 30 min and I know for sure my orgasms were lacking greatly during this time. All said probably overuse and lots of stress didn’t help. Maybe why after a year with implant and getting into a more relaxed routine of sec twice a week has given my dick a little time to heal the nerves

Upnorth. Touched on an issue that get little attention on our site, keeping in shape. Staying HWP isn’t easy but is so important for all of us.
