i took Cialis of tadlafil from india " black Cialis" . up to my early 60s ,before i got my malleable .
They claimed it was 80mg . i would either bit of off small pieces for the daily thing ,or
maybe half or more for go time .
it worked ,but the horrible heartburn was an issue . i never had the name brand ,so maybe that would be different ,idk
if i could get some legit tadalifil of any brand i would try it to see if it would add any girth . But here in the Philippines that's harder to find , the original is stupid expensive here

No I don’t have any side effects from 10mg daily Tadalafil other than better spontaneous erections and morning wood. Now is engorgement around my implant but the result is similar.

If you visit the states once or twice a year maybe you can get your doc to send a script in to Mark Cuban’s CostPlus Drugs. I just ordered a 90 day supply and it was less than $20 with shipping.

I used large doses of C and V mixed earlier just before resorting to injections and later to implant. I’ve continued to use C but in a normal 5mg day and sometimes 10mg on sex days. Definitely helps with engorgement. I’ve heard that it could possibly help in healing as it increases blood flow but would wait til at least week 2-3 where there’s no chance of bleeding. Cialis is now available in generic from most drug stores at a very reasonable price. I also used India pharmacy but seems the generic from local drug store is more potent and have zero side effects at the lower doses I’m using. Love the engorgement!
