I agree: running is great for fitness as well as mental health.
I ran friday and lifted saturday but I took Sunday off.
I felt like I had done about 20% too much and needed a day of rest. It was probably trying core exercises Saturday that did it.
I say this so others know: listen to your body during recovery. Don't push things too hard. Im terrible at being patient but im trying.
Hopefully my day or 2 of rest is just what I need and everything continues in the right direction and im back to full activity quickly.

Coloplast titan 26 cm placed on 8/26/25 by Dr Taj
~8" before IPP but not "hard" enough for pvi.
Tried everything as things progressed:
Pills, pumps, prp, trt, gainswave, peptides, trimix, quadmix and a vibrating ring.

What implant do you think is better for running and road cycling? CX or Titan? I run an average of 50 km a week and train on a road bike, in the winter I run on cross-country skis. I am worried that the Titan tubes may break faster due to constant abrasion during monotonous repetitive movements of running and the hard saddle of a road bike. I am also worried that the Titan will stand out more in tight shorts than the CX. Maybe I am wrong. I am interested in the opinion of guys who also do these sports and who have CX or Titan
38 years old. In the past, an active and very athletic guy, suffered after vein ligation. After that, I tried embolization, which did not help. Now I am choosing between CX and Titan

If your size is not really obviously big like not more than 7" in length or 5" in girth reconsider your choices.
