Persistent Scotum Penis Pain Discomfort

Hello,

21 days in with my Coloplast Titan 23cm implant. Sharp pain around the reservoir area has finally abated and is almost gone. Pain in the scrotum area and penis(which is tender) is persisting though and since day 12 or so hasn't seemed to improve. Not taking pain meds since the pain is tolerable but annoying. I have been told by doc not to try cycling for another week and a half.

Any thoughts out there about how long this will last? Or if its normal?

I never felt where my reservoir was/is. Never had any long or weird pain to nuts, just what you would expect when pump slipping out of fingers
Now my dick. Yes we had a few weeks where it would be tolerable then a few days where he said ouch m f’r. Around the fourth week I had really good days then a bad evening. It would be hit and miss for another week or so, then went to just a bit of discomfort. During cycling it is at different levels.

Thanks UpNorth. About how long were you until pain free?

I’m only 3 months out. I get it at various levels when pumped up. I’m hearing this part last about a year with some reporting less and some longer.
When cycling try and find something to focus on if pain is a bit much, it’s rough cause I want to focus more on my dick when I have him pumped up.

Isleman67, FWIW -- I had an unusually rough recovery, and didn't start cycling until almost 8 weeks. But as bad as that was, I was pretty much back to normal and almost pain free by 10 weeks. Seems like every guy's journey is different.

Thanks for the encouragement Kodixx. I knew this wasn't going to be easy but man......
