Re: Running
For a long time, but regularly for about a year.
At least twice a day for at least 15 minutes.

Coloplast titan 26 cm placed on 8/26/25 by Dr Taj
~8" before IPP but not "hard" enough for pvi.
Tried everything as things progressed:
Pills, pumps, prp, trt, gainswave, peptides, trimix, quadmix and a vibrating ring.

I got the titan but I just had it installed TODAY and all I can say is I wont be running today or tomorrow!
Ill keep you posted.
I was between 8 and 8.5" going in and my dr said he expected id keep that size. Hopefully the VED time pays off.
Ill keep you all posted on that too.
I'm a little shocked!) Do such members exist in nature?) This is the Lord's Blessing!) May I know: 8.5 length and 8 girth? What size implant did they install for you? And did I understand correctly that you don't have dog ears (kinks)? Do you have a classic pump or one-touch?
38 years old. In the past, an active and very athletic guy, suffered after vein ligation. After that, I tried embolization, which did not help. Now I am choosing between CX and Titan

Re: Running
Not 8.5 × 8.
Im usually about 8 and after a good long VED session im closer to 9 (not real sure on girth but i think about 6.5) but like most everyone else here, that doesnt do me much good if I can't get a real usable erection and thats been the case for a long time. In fact its worse: at first they're excited because youre big but then disappointed because you cant "deliver". Really its pretty awful.
Pills and shots helped for a while but eventually all roads lead to IPP.
As for what size they installed: ill let you know tomorrow. I just got installed on Tuesday and my 1st followup is tomorrow.
I cant wait to lose the mummy wrap and the drain.

Re: Running
Great news!
I got 3 miles today!
It wasn't fast and I got a little winded but it felt great and no pain at all!
Im going to take it slowly but im really happy to be back in the running game!
17 days post op and ill say it for anyone thats on the fence: do it! This experience has been life changing in all the best ways. The worst parts about it have been being patient and waiting.

Wow! Colby-jack, that's fantastic, it was tough for me to walk 3 miles with my wife when I was at 4 weeks out from surgery. I did start riding my road bike at 4 weeks, but I only got in about a mile because my scrotum was still hurting some and numb.
I use to be a runner but I switched to a road bike cycling in 2010, my knees were just wore out. I got both my knees replaced in 23 and 24, but my body just can't take the pounding anymore. Boy, did I love to run though and I sure do miss it.
I was a grower before I became Bionic, and I would wear those skimpy New Balance running shorts with open slits on the sides, back in the 70's, 80's and 90's.
So, now that you're Bionic how are you controlling your new big flaccid in your running shorts? Have you measured your flaccid yet, since you are 8" or more fully inflated.

Re: Running
Small update from my side: I was able to get back to running quite effortlessly by the end of my 3rd week after surgery. I asked my surgeon and he said that it was fine for me to start again. Seems like everyone heals very differently on here. I felt perfectly fine during the run, no pain and nice shower afterwards. Always consult your surgeon, but maybe you will be able to start earlier than initially thought.

Re: Running
I‘m a runner myself. After about 2-2.5 months I was able to run again. And after two years, I still do it with no issues.
42y/o, VL due to Finasteride use 17 years ago, PDE5i lost effect over the years, nothing worked anymore.
