Is Malleable Implant constantly the same size even in flaccid state?

Postby KaBoom » Fri Sep 12, 2025 3:02 pm

I dont know much about malleable implants unlike the inflatable ones.

But from what I understand the malleable doesnt grow or shrink, it only allows you to point it up or down.

when not in use is it basically just like an erection folded downward in your pants?

Tumescence and constant rigidity are two different aspects of an erection post implant.

On the left it's when tumescence happens on arousal or friction..on the right is when there's no tumescence ( "post-mpp flaccid state)...however even with that new flaccid state you can still penetrate without tumescence.

P.s there are two inaccuracies in the pic...first the end of the rods settle at 1/3 or mid glans regardless of tumescence...here they drew glans leaving the rods behind which is not true...second... tumescence within the corpus cavernosa is soon to be gone...while tumescence of corpus spongiosa, subcutaneous fascia + skin stays the same as pre-op...but even better indirectly because now you can penetrate and gain tumescence within the vagina by friction (reflexogenic erection).

Mine still seems to grow during arousal ... the glans for sure .. I'd swear at time the shaft does too but could just be a "phantoms" feeling .

It does..even if you are totaly devoid of cavernous tissue...subcutaneous tissue engorges as well as the shaft of corpus spongiosa.
