Sex with Implantat

Postby Chris1967 » Fri Aug 29, 2025 8:39 am

Hello,
How does sex feel with an implant? Does my partner notice anything? Can they feel tubes, etc.? Please provide as many answers as possible. I'm planning to have an implant at the end of 2025.
57 years old, living in Germany, ED since 2004, Levitra in high doses still works.
I sometimes use an Osbon pump and two D-rings during sex. It works very well.

I have been with 60+ women since being implanted. Exactly one has mentioned anything amiss about my dick… one woman a few weeks ago said she felt that my testicle was very hard when playing with my scrotum (she was feeling the pump). I said it was from a medical procedure I underwent.

Other than that, if any of them have felt anything, they haven’t mentioned it. I don’t have a partner, so there is no one who experienced my dick before and after.

Before I had an implant, I rarely if ever heard compliments about my dick. Now I hear them all the time, and the look on women’s faces as I make them cum over and over tells me more than words ever could.

So, for the women, it is clear: sex with implanted me is significantly better than non-implanted me! Orders of magnitude better.

As for me, there are a lot of changes in how sex feels. Almost all of them are positive, with just a few negatives.

The act of sex feels that same, but the psychological impacts are far superior. Not being concerned about maintaining my erection allows me to enjoy sex a lot more. Before I was in a constant state of thinking about how to maintain and pre-planning positions that would allow me to maintain, while simultaneously being concerned about prematurely ejaculating. Now I can clear my head entirely and just enjoy. I can’t describe how amazing that is.

The only perceived downside is sometimes having delayed orgasms. I can’t quite figure out what is going on there. Once I got used to my new dick, I can cum from masturbation pretty quickly. Same as before. But during sex sometimes I can’t cum when I want to. I don’t think it is physical, because obviously I can easily cum from masturbating, but even stroking myself during sex sometimes does not work. But there must be some psychological effect going on that delays or prevents my orgasm (sometimes).

On balance, sex with implant is significantly better than prior. The physical sensations are different, but qualitatively the same. Whereas the psychological impact is far superior.

Be well, Leto
50. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.

Chris1967, "How does sex feel with an implant?" It's hard to describe how great it is to be hard whenever I want, as long as I want, and able to keep pleasing my wife even after I've climaxed. On the downside, not uncommon for guys to lose some sensitivity post-op. I did, and at 6+ months I'm still regaining that, and it has the effect of delaying climax. Sometimes guys get very frustrated by that. There's no guarantee how anyone's body will react with regard to sensitivity.

"Does my partner notice anything?" I've been married for 38 years. From that perspective, my wife feels the pump in my sack, and either doesn't feel the rest of it or doesn't care (for why, see the answer above). Guys on the forum (like Leto above) with multiple partners pretty consistently say that their ability to perform above-and-beyond is all their partners care about. In the beginning, guys seem to sweat the "will anyone notice" thing, only to find out girls/women really don't care. And frankly, if you meet a woman and that's a turnoff to her -- get rid of her -- she lacks empathy for the challenges you've been thru -- and she's not bright enough to see how your 'bionic' capabilities make you an incredible sex partner.

Best wishes in navigating your journey !

I agree with what Kodixx said. I would add something that was surprising to me. After I got implanted I realized again, how great the sensation of my outer penis tissue sliding along an erect shaft! With severe ED, I hadn’t felt that in a long time!

Getting an implant returned my sex life to me, and I find it some of the best sex I’ve ever had!
66 years old. Long term progressive ED. Pills and injections no longer the solution.

What is the implant to me when I have sex with my partner?
I feel like a motorized dildo machine. The reason is that my sensations are much lower. Ejaculation and orgasm are out the window.

What is the implant to my partner when I have sex with her?
She says it's like a real penis. She also comes multiple times during my long sessions.

What is the implant to me when I masturbate using my pocket pussy?
It feels like a real penis, and masturbation feels like real sex. Orgasm and ejaculation are fantastic.

Happy to be bionic!

LastHope it’s so interesting that with your pocket pussy you’re able to orgasm, but during sex with your partner sensations are lower. Do you believe this is related to numbness resultant from your surgery, and do you anticipate it changing at all in the future as your body continues to heal?

Also - during sex with your partner, is the sensation still enough to where sex is very enjoyable, despite not being able to orgasm?

Thanks again as always for your perspectives.
First consultation with Dr Hakky on August 6th, 2025! Excited to get discussions going. Interested in MPP.

Hey JohnnyBorg,
My surgeon, with all good intentions, used a subcoronal approach for my MPP, which I learnt is contraindicated for uncircumcised individuals because it has higher risk factors for chronic distal edema. This is opinion of high volume MPP surgeons I teleconsulted from Egypt, Brazil and India. A penoscrotal approach is preferred for uncircumcised men in their opinion. Chronic edema led to paraphimosis, which required an emergency circumcision 5 months ago. So that’s two penile surgeries in a year. Surgical scarring, along with trauma to nerve endings, seems to have impacted my sensitivity. Compared to my pre-op state, I need deeper stimulation and pressure to climax, and PIV sex with my partner is not as stimulating as the pressure and intensity of a pocket pussy. PIV is still pleasurable without climaxing.

Yes, the expectation is for my nerve endings to recover or regenerate in about 1.5 years. I'm hoping for a good sensitivity recovery by 2026 fall! Sorry for the long-winded answer!

I got back together with my ex post implant. I remember asking her about the difference. “this is much better”, was her response. No woman I’ve ever met has complained. I usually dont tell any women beforehand, but after a few quality sessions might explain. After they’ve cum a number of times before hearing the news, it doesn’t seem to make any difference at all other than many have been happy I can go as long as they need and take more time to finish. Things could be much worse. I have a Titan.

@LastHope do you find it makes any noticeable difference for sensitivity when you refrain from masturbation and/or pornography?

Hi dentestes, I tried 48–72 hours of monk-like abstinence, but it actually lowered my mood so much and the difference wasn't significant. I still want to experiment after a weeklong retreat in the wilderness. How’s your sensitivity with PIV (no bj/hj) alone?
