Week 3 checkup and staple removal

Saw Dr. Taj this morning for skin staple removal and 3 week check-up. He cleared me for sex and told me to cycle aggressively every day. Max inflation for 2 to 3 hours at a time. He also said the reservoir pump will get softer with time.
Venous Leak induced ED—age 55
Used: Viagra
IPP 07/17/2025—age 60; Coloplast Titan 24 cm via infrapubic approach
Stats: Pre IPP - 16.5 x 15 cm erect, Post implant - 14.5 x 14.5 cm erect

Are you still seeing the knots in flaccid state?

Yeah, it's still there. It's the partially deflated implant that remains kinked in deflated state. I can now inflate to a point where knots are completely gone, but I really don't see how kinks will ever be gone in a deflated state.

They probably won't be, this is the nature of the Titan and one of its downsides
Early 30s with ED from jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
