I’ve seen that aggressive cycling can help restore size, but I’m unsure what kind of gains are actually realistic. Is it possible to regain 1.5 to 2 inches through cycling alone just to get back to where I was shortly before surgery? I’ve struggled to find clear information on what most guys typically recover.
I was implanted with the Rigicon Infla10 X, which doesn’t expand in length, and the idea of only regaining half an inch has been tough to come to terms with especially at my young age. It’s honestly got me seriously thinking about asking my surgeon for a revision to the AX, the length-expanding model.
Any success stories would be much appreciated.

My size at the time of first inflation was significantly less than pre op. It’s going to take time and cycling. When that happens you will find that what you thought was “full inflation” is actually not. Cycling will stretch your tissues each time you do it, and that will allow your implant to expand to its real full inflation maximum in both girth and length.

I agree with what Ephi82 said. There are so many variables that I don't believe anyone can give you a reliable prediction.
I've been an advocate for both aggressive VED use pre implant and aggressive cycling post op. For me that seems to have worked.
I'm pleased with my results in terms of regaining lost size from both my prostatectomy then the implant surgery. If anything I may have gained slightly.
I've read more stories of guys eventually getting back to where they once were, or close, rather than significant losses (but that can happen).
And the time frames to a final outcome seem to vary enormously, with a few taking up to 2 years before seeing their desired results.
Even without a length expanding model my understanding is that it is still possible to recover to where you started.
I would be surprised if you only regained half an inch, and it's way too soon to be considering a revision.
I've found that progress can happen at a glacial pace. I recommend to keep cycling as much as you can and try to not focus on size.
71, married, Sydney Oz. PC & nerve sparing RRP Mar 22, profound ED since. Tried pills, Trimix inj, focal shockwave, VED.
Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Recovery great so far but have a bend.

Having a rock hard penis ready to go over and over again is far more important than length. Get in shape and use your equipment. I shrunk from prostate surgery have to deal with it. It's unlikely any gain you will get from different implant is worth the risk and hassle. More surgery more risk.
Believe post prostate surgery I was around 5 inches down from 6. Never measured girth but post titan otr 20 cm seems thicker.

I had a significant lengthening over the course of the year after surgery. I was really amazed by the difference.
