8 Months Update
Been a couple of months since I gave and update, so here we are. Not a lot to report gains wise, they've slowed down a LOT. I don't think it has anything to do with the tuncia or anything like that - just the limit of the implant itself. I do my exercises twice a day in the shower as normal. I did get the urethral gel injection to help with engorgement and I also can take 100mg cialis. The Cialis gives me a headache, but the gel? No thank you. It make my dick and whole crotch area ache like a mother for 1/2 a day. It worked nicely, but no. I'd rather deal with a headache.

With the cialis I'm a good 5.5" in thickness and I could feel like I could get more - if the blood didn't just run out. If I squeeze my penis while engorged, the engorgement goes away - so....I'm barely able to retain any engorgement - but it does look nice.

See pic for details.

Sex is good with the implant - I do have to say I don't need to worry about staying hard with a condom either - that is absolutely not a worry. Also being ready for "round 2" immediately after is nice!

I do REALLY miss my size but that has less to do with the implant and more to do with the Peyrones as a side effect from the RP.

Anyway - most guys who get to this stage don't lurk here much and just move on - but I plan to stick around for a while and continue to report my experiences. So far - no big news is good news.

DAMN, 100mg dose of Cialis is a lot.
I take 10mg daily mostly for BPH but I think it helps with engorgement.
I am still doing daily exercise/cycling also. On 5/1/2025 I encountered my first "flat bulb" while cycling. It has become more frequent recently. Flat bulb meaning I have used all the fluid from my reservoir. I don't think I have a system leak but we will see with time.
Implanted 9/12/2024 at age 67;
Vertical Penoscrotal approach with separate reservoir incision;
Dr Allen Morey, McKinney, Texas;
Coloplast Titan XL 26 cm base cylinder-no RTE, Genesis pump, 125 cc reservoir.

Yeah - it is a lot - but with the amount of 'damage' done during the RP and then with the implant + Peyrones I'll count myself lucky that I get ANY engorgement.

Cancer sucks.

100mg of Cialis?, you don't mean Viagra?. Normally the higher doses for Cialis is 20mg and Viagra 100mg.

Anyway I'm glad everything is going pretty good for you, thanks for coming back to update everyone. Unfortunately, I think that's one thing this forum lacks, is long term updates, we just seem to get an abundance of guys with issues here. I think a lot of the guys that have had great success and are happy just start to enjoy their implant and move on.

One of the frustrating things with how the forum is setup is that email alerts to people's posts are on by default, you have to go in manually and turn it on, so hardly anyone does that. I feel like if it was the other way we would get a lot of the guys coming back to answer questions when someone asked a question on the post
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Great journal. All the journals I read as I was considering implant helped. And a big thank you to the guys that took the step of baring it all and included pics. It helped to see dicks that looked great. My fear was that my dick would end up looking fake or artificial.

I’m not sure I would have taken the leap if I hadn’t seen all those journals.

So thanks!!!

Appreciate the kind words. I don't have as much "Down there" as I did before cancer, but at least I'm functional, and it looks decent. I'm not inflating any size reporting / measurements, and letting the pictures speak for themselves for good or ill. Am I absolutely thrilled with my implant? Heck no. Is it better than having a non-working dick? Heck yes. And thats kind of my point. I'm documenting my experience so others can see what someone like me goes through. I'm not representative of every person and cirumstance out there, but I think I'm a pretty good representation.

Likewise. In fact, I didn't know what I was going to go through until I had cancer and the topic of potentially removing a nerve and severe ED cropped up. Then I got scared and found FT.

Its not been a fun experience, but I'm still here - and functional. Thats the best outcome I could have hoped for and I'm glad my journal has helped you!
