Hey there, Google AI says it's doable, but has anybody had the implant put in and had some kind of enlargement surgery at the same time?
I have peryonies which seems to have taken a couple inches, and they say the Titan implant can take up to an inch... Really? What... killing me over here.. Any help on this would be appreciated, thank you.

I think Hakky has been involved in some trials or studies involving a multiple slit technique to lengthen the tunica albuginea at the same time as placement of an IPP. I think they said you could maybe gain an extra 1/2" from doing it but has risks. Not sure it's worth it for only that little gain.
51 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.

Re: Implant + Enlargement?
There is no reason to expect you will lose an inch of length from a Coloplast Titan.
I got a Titan in March and I’m nearly back to my preop girth and have exceeded my preop length. I expect I have regained some length I lost during years of ED.
My postop course has been VERY easy. I’ve done better than most. BUT (I have no way of proving this) I think a few factors went into having such a good result:
Use a GREAT high volume surgeon. (I went to Dr Eid)
Use a VED daily for months before surgery to give the tissue a good stretch each day.
Wear a tension devise (I used a Phallosan Forte) for a couple months before surgery.
Follow ALL your surgeons instructions to the letter.
A few words about the tension devise as it’s not mentioned here very much. Unlike a VED, a tension devise uses low tension (not painful at all) but has to be worn for HOURS AND HOURS EVERY DAY. It’s not painful, but it’s a hassle. The Phallosan Forte is discrete enough to be worn under clothing (although not tight clothing). But it’s a hassle. You have to take it off and put it back on every time you take a piss. And consistency is required if you want results. I wore it 10-16 hours a days for 2+ months. I saw small gains in length during that time. Less than a cm. But if that was enough to have the surgeon round up to the next implant length that is a win.
There are some pics and description of the tension devise in my journal post. You can find the link to that in my signature box below.

I had Peyronie's and got implant with plication initially. Didn't make it perfectly straight and was way short! Was not counseled regarding this amount of shortening.
Had Dr. Patel revise and do an expansion procedure. I gained about 1 inch with surgery, cycling, Vacuum. Still shorter than what it was prior to the peyronies and ED but I'm still very happy with the results. Long road with recovery though - swelling, bruising, sensation changes.
62 year old, ED+PD, Coloplast Titan 22 cm no RTE in 2019 with Dr. Irwin Goldstein => failure, now with plaque excision/tunical expansion to Coloplast Titan 26 no RTE in 2022 by Dr. Darshan Patel, now with classic pump 2024

I have a Titan and had PD and after almost 2 years Im nearly back where I was in length, 6”. I was 6.25”.
It took about a year to actually see any real gains, for the first six months I was about 5”. Get a good dr and follow their directions.

All these anecdotes make me wonder if the Titans actually do expand lengthwise they just don’t want to over-promise…
soft glans since ever / some ED from youth now fairly serious ED after much use of constriction/clamping to achieve 100% fullness / sorting out TRT and delaying implant plans until all mental, chemical, and physiological possibilities are exhausted

I don't think that's actually the case, but I skilled surgeons can maximize the size of the implant that will fit, so when inflated it will get a gentle stretch to the tissues and maximize length. I have heard some surgeons talk about "gently upsizing" implant size to maximize length.
58yo Coloplast Titan implant scheduled for 10/23/2025 with Dr. Hakky. Pre-op erect measurements:

Ben
Gaining an inch after 6 month mark is impressive.
May I ask if you casually cycled or were you extremely aggressive?
Thanks.
