The operation was performed by Dr Levine. He did advise against it and instead advised I switch to an AMS in August, but I didn't want another implant.

I am sleeping much better, but am having problems with urinary flow

There is no sexual function

Also, I was explanted through the same sub coronal incision area and have a lot of discomfort and sensation loss in the foreskin and parts of the glans

Researching euthanasia resources online

Be very sure you have the personality for an implant if you get implanted. There is no going back

Hey Mark, I fully respect your decision and your brutal honesty. You never sugar-coat reality. What a great heart you have. I hope you feel better in your recovery, my friend.

Keep a stable backup plan (such as AMS IPP in August). Your mind might change and comfort levels will change.

If not, consider non-sexual methods of happiness. Do all animals in the jungle have stable hookups, birth control, sex and girlfriends? We human animals have created a supernormal society, stimuli and expectations that skew reality.

Please don't lose hope and take your time.

Please stay friends with us here, it's totally okay if you post negative things about implants. We are here to write about our stories and experiences. I know some cheerleaders won't agree with this. You are still a beautiful soul.

Listen to Beat Your Genes podcast if you can. Book an appointment with Dr. Doug Lisle, a great clinical evolutionary psychologist, to discuss how you can optimize your happiness.

Also lookup Pegasos Swiss Association if that's your desire after considerable thought, therapy and counselling.

I'm aware of Pegasos

I've watched a lot of videos about euthanasia on Youtube since the beginning of this nightmare

I also subscribed to the Peaceful Pill handbook and forum on the Tor browser and have learned that one the best ways for many Americans is to travel to specific border towns in Mexico and purchase Nembutal (pentobarbital) from specific veterinary pharmacies. You have to run the risk of crossing back through customs with an illegal prescription compound and that is a big risk.

One can also use vendors from online marketplaces on the Darkweb, but that poses it's own risk. One can also purchase fentanyl and related synthetic opioids for the same purpose, but this is probably even riskier since law enforcement is super vigilant about the fentanyl crisis. It's also my understanding that Nembutal is a superior exit, that you literally just fall asleep forever. I think there is a some sort of brief, intense struggle with opioids or that is my understanding.

I purchased a firearms card a few weeks back, but it isn't my style. I guess it just gives me comfort to know I have it as some kind of last resort, but I really don't want to go out like that

Nothing is easy in this life. Even finding a comfortable end is a struggle

How do you cope with the pressure of that abomination in your body 24/7?
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

Mark, I’m going to say this one more time, because I don’t think you listen. You had an MPP which, being hard all the fucking time, I’m sure can possibly cause discomfort in some. The AMS is not like this (I can’t speak for Coloplast); it gets very soft upon deflation, and at a year out, I don’t even notice it. Before you go pill popping, why don’t you AT LEAST give the alternative a try? It doesn’t make sense that you would run to the most extreme conclusion before exhausting the alternative(s).

That seems to be EVERYONE’S advice, along with following the proper psychotherapeutic channels. Now, will you take that advice? Or does everyone’s opinion not fucking matter? If not, why did you come to this board?

Get the AMS.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

Hi Mark, i am so sorry you are going through this.

I struggle to understand why you chose explantation instead of replacing it with a different model of implant to make things more comfortable?

Are you struggling with other issues aside from ED? Most things in life have a solution so don't give up.

I have at times, many times considered giving it up. Mostly heavily influenced by my ED. But then i i'll often see some mega disabled person going through life. Like imagine being in a wheelchair, parkinsons or being a dwarf.

Ok my dick is a useless bit of dough that would be more effective as a door stop but at least I can reach the sugar without asking for help.

We all have these thoughts but they're a useless, pointless waste of energy and consciousness. Ending it is one thing but talking and thinking about it all the time is a waste of fuel.

It sucks for plenty of us. Just have to ride it out. Get into jazz tambourine or feng shui.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.

Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.
