I don't know about trimix but..
If you already tried pills and failed on highest dose, try 20 mg cialis + 100 mg sildenafil on an empty stomach 1 hour before sex.
If you had low blood pressure with pills don't take the risk and seek trimix.

drayan123, injections are a serious deal. If you're going to stick a needle into one of the most critical parts of your body, with blood vessels, nerves, your pee tube, and other sensitive parts please make sure you're doing it right. Don't just wing it no matter how much of a hurry you're in. You need to do it right with the guidance of an experienced and well-referenced medical professional. That said, be aware that using injections for a long period of time can create some challenges which have been described in detail by other forum members. But maybe that's not an issue because you have an implant in your future ?

Agree with kodixx. Injections can cause scar tissue and could be a hit or miss. You will need to reach the ideal dosage so that you can get enough erection and at the same time not having priapism.
Trimix wasn't successful for me, but some people stated they are good with them. You can try them out and see. They are only prescribed through a doctor. You can't get them OTC.
You also need to consider the hustle of putting them in a freezer, taking them wherever you go, and keep them refrigerated.

It’s not a quick process to use timix. I was on it for about 16 months prior to implant. Urologist prescribed and then need a qualified Dr to show you on your first one with a very low dose to see where you need to be with dosage. You always start low on dosage and gradually build till it gives you the right erection for the right amount of time. Could easily take 3-4 tries to get a correct dose and you should only use it a couple times a week. About every third day you can get some practice on your own and see how it works several times before using it on a first time girl. Luckily I have been married many years and the wife was on the journey with me so that helped a bunch. Can have similar effects as ED if you don’t use a strong enough dose and you can wind up in ER with priapism if you use a too strong a dose so very important to experiment gradually. There’s another category on here about injections that’s probably better suited to look thru the old comments to get more info. Read and study all you can so your educated about what your doing to your dick! Good luck!

My own past experience with Trimix injections was far less than satisfactory. I wish I had never gone down that path.

From memory you are an Aussie? In that case getting Trimix isn't a quick or simple fix like Sildanefil (Viagra).
It's prescription only and has to be prepared by a compounding pharmacy, of which there aren't that many here.
I don't think a GP would prescribe it so you would likely need to see a urologist first.
If you have already scheduled your implant surgery I'm assuming you have an existing relationship with one.

So that would be the first step. Once you have the prescription you need to get it to the compounding pharmacy.
I first used an online pharmacy in Canberra, then eventually found one about 30 minutes drive from home.
If they ship it to you it has to be packaged in ice, which must not be allowed to melt or the contents exposed to high temperatures.
One of my orders was spoiled by being left out in 40 degrees Celsius heat by the courier while we weren't at home.
The Trimix solution has to be kept refrigerated, you don't get a lot of it, it's quite expensive and can't be claimed on Medicare (Australia).
Though I was able to claim a small amount back through private health insurance.

You also need a supply of the correct type of syringes, plus alcohol swabs. You may get a few with the Trimix solution, but not many.
As others have said, someone qualified needs to show you how to inject initially. My urologist's practice nurse showed me how to do it.
But sticking a syringe in your dick is not something that comes naturally. Neither is Trimix useful for spontaneous sex.
You have to assemble the items; Trimix, syringe and one or two alcohol swabs. Hygiene is very important.
Next clean the shaft of your dick with an alcohol swab, then very carefully inject the correct dose at the correct cavernosal location, and wait until it works (if it works). You can't inject every day either. I was told not more than three times a week and not two days in a row.

Most important ist, when you have the prescription for trimix, you need medical assistance person that will show you how, how much and where to inject exactly. Don't try to do it yourself if you didn't have someone to show you how to do it, it needs to be sterile and correct, otherwise there are so many risks, starting with infection, wrong injection area, vessel injury, injection into vessels would result in hematoma and many more risks.
Don't do it for the first time alone without having a medical person showing you how!

The best thing you can do is find a great urologist who is experienced with Men’s sexual health (not just kidney stones and enlarged prostates).

Where are you located? Other guys here in the same region might have suggestions for a great urologist.

I used pills for 5 years, shots for 10 years, and got an Moland less than 6 months ago. I had great sex with all of them. But as my ED progressed I moved on to the next treatment.

Make an appointment with a great urologist and get back in the saddle. And if you have a date with that girl before your appointment go down on her and stay there until she taps out. Then hold and cuddle her and tell her how crazy you are about her.
