Natural herbs vs. Viagara

Gentlemen could anyone tell me after they had the penile implant surgery and completely healed, can you still use natural herbs like Horny goat weed, ginseng or Maca root to increase blood flow to your penis while pumping up for sex? Or is it best to use Viagara? Please let me know. Thanks

Lots of guys here still use Viagra/Cialis, while others use supplements such as maca, arginine, horny goat weed, etc; it is simply a matter of preference and tolerability. There are no contraindications whatsoever regarding the implant.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.
