manic depressant , or hypochronriac or both ? Not out to be derogatory ,but making an observation based on your comment history .

We're in a free country, free to express our feelings. I suffered a penile trauma and was in such shock that I thought I needed an implant. Thank God Mark contacted me and helped me. Today I'm having sex without pills again, when I couldn't have sex using pills. Thanks to Mark's comment, I said, "Hey, it's not my time for an implant yet." I focused, and here I am. All I can say is, we need more people like Mark.

mark has a malleable . and so do i . They are pretty much uneventful once implanted ,
nothing goes wrong with them ,unless they are not installed correctly .
But mark has stated depression when , he thinks about the rods inside him, that he can't sleep ,possibly due to the implant , that he thinks he might have made a horrible decision and on and on
this is not the normal reaction to a relatively simple and reliable implant .
so i suspect the malleable is not the problem ,but his thought process. Depression ?
and he made a post on the forum ,so im responding to his post . that's how it works .

"I feel like I've been castrated and invaginated and I'm constantly being fucked by a cold, punishing dildo.

I feel like I asked a man with a knife to tear open my cock, stab it multiple times and ram two lifeless rods into it"
this is not the normal reaction or his previous comments . and the reason for my question
American , retired in the philippines .
tactra malleable 13 mm ,in new delhi India . on april 2024

Duke! Long time FT reader and recently made an account to start posting. Your thread and others have been the ones that really made me most interested in the MPP. I have a consult with Hakky in early August, really looking forward to that discussion.

So great to read your experience and the experiences of others here. Thank you for sharing, very glad it’s all working out very positively for you!
First consultation with Dr Hakky on August 6th, 2025! Excited to get discussions going. Interested in MPP.

Thanks for the update Duke.

Do you know if there any videos of people showing their malleable implants on here? I cannot seem to find any and am curious of how it looks in action

Duke, i have a question. Do you do any sports or activities like running? I wonder if the malleable can be more inconvenient for sport activities than the inflatable. Are you comfortable doing sports?

Hi - I am tall (6'5") and don't enjoy running since it hurts my knees after a while. These days, I'm focusing on longevity above everything else. I have done a little bit of running after trains and buses here in Chicago and haven't noticed any problems. Granted, those are short bursts. But I don't feel anything concerning during them.

I lift weights, but I've put my ego aside as far as heavy weight. Before my surgery in 2024, I had a 660lb (~300kg) max deadlift and a max leg press of 1,200lbs (~544kg). I'm not doing that anymore. And I think it probably would have been time for me to set that aside, anyway. I'm 35 and am no longer made of rubber and magic like I was in my mid-20s. And to be honest, I'm not confident that an IPP with tubing and reservoir would make this any better. A very heavy deadlift or back squat creates an enormous amount of intra-abdominal pressure. I could see a heavy deadlift or squat popping one of those things.

For cardio, I walk on a treadmill with a weighted vest, or otherwise I'm on the elliptical machine. No issues there, except occasionally my clothing rubbing on my glans. To prevent that, I dab a small amount of Aquaphor on my glans and that's been a good solution. Long-distance runners will be familiar with a similar strategy for their nipples.

I have done some swimming with my MPP and haven't had issues. I don't play team sports and never have, but I imagine that anything involving contact is a non-starter, even with a cup — but I'm not familiar with what's available these days in terms of more advanced protection. But again, I don't think the IPPs are immune from this concern. I read on this forum once that their doctor said that "Even the MMA guys can go back to fighting with one of these!" and while I'm sure the comment was well-intentioned, I think that's simply bullshit. Imagine getting kicked in the reservoir like this.

I haven't done any bicycling because I don't like the way traditional bike saddles feel. And I never have. Given my personal history, I think it's probably best if I stay away from bicycles altogether.

Until I'm confident that my insurance will cover revisions, I won't ever put myself at risk of being hit with a tennis ball.

I have my follow-up next week with my surgeon. I'll ask about sports/activity limitations and report back.

Thanks for your input. I was referring mostly to the mpp given that it's always in the "inflated state". I do like running and I sometimes keep my IPP partially inflated during the day. I tried running like this but I noticed It became quite uncomfortable after a bit so I deflated completely half way through the run. Was wondering if any cardio exercises like that would create any discomfort given that you are essentially "inflated" 24/7. But who knows maybe malleables react a bit differently than an inflated IPP.
