I am a recently implanted man (4 weeks ago) with a Titan Classic Pump
device. I am trying to cycle (inflate/deflate) the device and having
problems.
In particular, I have challenges deflating.
I cannot always find the deflate function on the implant itself.
Sometimes even though I have found the deflate bars in the implant,
I realize I am actually pressing on a portion of my testicles which is
seem to be blocking the deflate bars from my fingers.
It looks so simple in the YouTube videos I have watched but my own
experience is "it is NOT so simple". There must be a trick I am missing.
Can you give me any hints to deflate this Classic Pump on my Titan implant?
Thanks for any ideas.

Re: Deflating HINTS with the Titan Classic Pump
Hard to describe but you can move the pump around in your sac and slightly pinch the pump while moving and be sure you’re not getting any unwanted parts between the pump and your fingers. Also doing this in a warm bath or warm shower, stretch your sac slightly to loosen the sac up and stretch it out will help. Hang in there. It’s definitely a learning curve and you’re just beginning to learn. In time you can do it without even thinking. I can even pump or deflate thru jeans and underwear! Time heals most issues with these implants! Good luck in the future!

Try switching hands.
When I first started inflating and deflating, I was trying to use my right hand to press the deflate button and my left hand to squeeze the fluid out of my dick. That was how my surgeon showed me to do it. And like you, I was struggling to press the deflate button.
I switched hands, and deflating immediately became much easier. I think it's the angle the device sits in my ball sack.

Re: Deflating HINTS with the Titan Classic Pump
Great tips so far.
The warm water seems to make the pump/deflate softer.
I started at day three and I agree with your YouTube opinion.
Mine is tucked behind my biggest nut, so anymore I just start massaging my nut with both hands and follow behind it till I feel the flat to deflate. I learned to make sure I have a good hold of pump before I deflate and move free hand to squeeze my dick.
Try doing this procedure a couple times before you’re totally pumped up and hurting. Yep, when you train him hard it may hurt a bit.

This was really hard for me too. It finally worked when I tried squeezing the pump with my left hand, my non-dominant one. I don't know why but I still use left hand today and can barely get right one to work.

Re: Deflating HINTS with the Titan Classic Pump
Finding that tiny button on the pump was my toughest learning curve. Once I have the pump between my fingers, thumb on the button, I keep a layer of towel over my shaft to squeeze the fluid out while pressing on the button. The towel seems to spread the pressure out and eases the process.

Re: Deflating HINTS with the Titan Classic Pump
There are 2 small linear tabs on the rectangular bar of the pump or if you want to say it like this there is an upper and lower depress tab. At first you'll be very tentative about "exploring " the device however you'll quickly identify there is no reason to be. I place the thumb of left hand on the top and the index finger on the bottom while holding the device steady with the "cup" of the left.. I forcefully depress using thumb and index at the same time ,while, starting from glans moving down shaft to move solution downwards to deflate with right hand. You can actually feel the cylinders deflate. If I do not feel softening of cylinders, I give bulb one or two quick pumps which, I believe allows valve to shift into deflate position.

Hey Time
Kudos to using the left hand to hit deflate tabs. Who knew. Tried it and it worked great. Wish i knew this 2 weeks ago. Thx !

Rider1400 said it best: "move the pump around in your sac and slightly pinch the pump while moving and be sure you’re not getting any unwanted parts between the pump and your fingers" Less pain is always better than more pain.
Dr. Eid states: "Press on the CENTER of the 2 bars, while squeezing the penis"
