I flew to London yesterday for a consultation with Rowland Rees.
The consultation went well. He said he can implant me. In response to a certain question he told me what I wanted to hear: "You won't lose any size with an implant." He suggested if size is lost it is usually only about 0.5cm. He said he stretches the penis to full capacity when placing the implant, so I was very happy to hear that.
I have found my implant surgeon.
He wants me to first try mega strong Caverject. He's going to send me 40mcg shots - Viridal Dup - no mixing, easy to inject. He said he can get me set up with a consistent supply of those shots if they work, none of this 1 shot a week or 3 shots a week restriction nonsense. So I'm going to try that. If that doesn't please me, I'll probably lock-in the implant with him. He seems like a good guy. I believe he's one of the highest implanters in the UK, if not in Europe or the world.

There's a Rigicon rep on here that says hes top level. He's one of few in the UK that implant Rigicon on the NHS.
Did he mention which implant he would suggest for you?
I used injections for 6 years. They were good but as a young man I think you'll grow tired of the lack of spontaneity.
Also, have you considered this new device Vertica?
I'm going to try that as the final step before implant.
Mid 30s. UK. ED since mid teens. Done the pills, injections, P Shot, Gainswave, ESWT shockwave.
Now preparing to take the plunge under care of Professor Ralph at UCLH. Planning on a Rigicon Infla10 AX with Pulse pump.

Great to know he's top level. He's a nice chap. He didn't say what implant he will use but I assume he's going to use a Coloplast Titan as this is the one I will be asking for, because I believe it is the cheapest?
I've been on the injections nearly a year and they just don't work very well for me at all. I seem to have a bit of internal damage to the penis so the shots don't give me the perfect erection that they should. I had a vein ligation done a few months ago and for the first few weeks after that the shots gave me the most juicy erections that I've had since developing ED, but the ligation results lost their potency after a few months, and now I'm at a level where 20mcg just doesn't produce a smashing erection.
I'll try the Viridal Duo 40s and if they work then I might ride them out for a while. The Duos don't need to be mixed so you can be kind of spontaneous with them. They're like a needle with the powder already inside, you just press a button and the powder is released into the plunger and automatically mixed with bacteriostatic water so you can jab away nice and easy within seconds when you want an erection.
Personally I just don't think these 40s are going to give me the awesome long lasting erections that I need though.
I'm doing an MRI in London 7th August to check for internal penile damage.

I need 40mcg now. I think you'll be surprised with the double dose. I had an MRI in March. They found nothing though.
For me it's an attempt at Vertica and then all that is left is implant

I'll keep an open mind with regards to the 40s. Do you use the Viridal Duo 40s? How much are they costing you? The cost of these damn injections is horrendous and probably not feasible in the long term.
How much did the MRI cost?
How much does the Vertica cost and does it even work?

Well I get everything on NHS so cost isn't an issue. You're not UK based?
Vertica is not NHS though and it's £1,125
