So I'm not 2 years out so didn't vote but my measurements before surgery were 8" length & just under 6" girth. One year post op & I'm at 7.5" length & 5.5" girth. It feels very slightly less in girth to my hand but I've noticed if I take an old pd5 pill I have like vardenifil, my head engorges more & I fill out more. I have not measured while having sex but I imagine it is very close to before while doing it. I'm not certain of that tho.

Also I should note that the before surgery measurement I took was done off a bimix injection so it was a peak erection
