This is insane. I just returned from the doctor, and I'm shocked by the results. It's a fantastic sight: no bruising, no swelling, just a light burning sensation on the tip. I can't feel the reservoir at all.

The doctor had kept me partially inflated at 30% and deflated the device today. I'm not sure if I've read about this before; it seems unique to my case, likely due to the fast healing and no signs of infection (though I know they may still appear later on).

Dr. Cetin also updated me on my sizing. Surprisingly, I received a 22 cm implant with a 1 cm RTE (Rear Tip Extender). I was expecting something like 16 cm. Well, I don't have the implant functional yet, but I was able to take a short walk next to the sea. Trying to get the implant upward is complicated, but there's no pain at all—it's looking better every day. I applied the spray recommended by the surgeon, but I still haven't showered. The name of the spray is Opsite, and I've never heard about it on the forum, so I'm leaving the reference here. I was a little paranoid when I returned home about potential infection from being out on the street, but I remembered that infections are mostly internal and occur during surgery. The doctor reassured me that I was equipped with the right tools to support light walks during recovery (no workouts or pumping till week 6, though).

Now, the spicy details you crave: The bulge was obvious, a confident superstar. While I was walking on the shoreline, I saw a gorgeous brunette, tall with curves and deep green eyes. Hey man. Very well written post & we share a lot of similarities in our circumstances. I don't have much to offer this detailed analysis of your experience this far but wanted to drop a support & acknowledgement message.

I'm just over a year out & on the younger(ish) side too. Recovery was pretty chill for me but things got so much better in the months after surgery- like ability to orgasm timely & explosive AF feeling. I've had a lot of exciting hookups since implant that could not have happened with shots or anything just haven't dived into writing about them- sort of busy with work & it's summer here so living it up & there's always video games lol.
But wishing you the success I've had & keep us posted, bro.

Time to leave Istanbul. This travel day has been difficult, especially trying to keep the implant positioned upward while avoiding any external contact or infection. Luckily, I booked a seat with extra space on the plane, which was more manageable than a standard seat would have been. Still, the combination of the slight pain, the paranoia that something could be wrong, and the usual hassle of airport lines and procedures made the short trip to Barcelona quite uncomfortable. It was not the best experience so far.
On the bright side, I can't believe how fast time is going. 25% done.

Now I'm in Barcelona, staying at my summer home where I plan on very little activity for at least a week. I've been sleeping fine, aside from some occasional bursts of pain and a weird sensation of liquids moving inside me. This was the first time I've felt that, and I panicked for a few seconds, thinking I was bleeding.

But it was nothing. Everything looks good physically, and it seems I survived the flight just fine. I can urinate normally with no pain. I'll put some ice on it later to calm things down.

I'm embracing the fact that this is just a matter of time, and I'm pretty sure the next week will go by fast. I can confirm that every day feels a little better. Seeing this slow but steady progress really helps your headspace and reinforces the recovery process.
