Who wants to always grab their balls to get an erection? It's embarrassing and women rarely understand such things. People are selective about such things. 4. The glans is flat. That's my current opinion on the matter. Medicine needs to come up with more ideas, many forms of ED are vascular, more research is needed.
1 risks- minimal. If your not functioning good enough for sex there nothing to loose.
2 smaller? I’m same lengthas I was before implant and and bigger in girth than I can ever remember being.
3. Who want to take pills, inject, use a pump….. only those that can’t get a good erection! Not been an issue for me or many others in order to have great rock hard dick errections
4 flat glans? After the first couple months when the little bit of swelling I had went away my gland would swell just as much as they ever did before! It’s a totally different blood supply that feeds the gland and other parts of the penis. I use a very low dose of cialis which gets me great engorgement!
If your at the point that sex is a mental nightmare which with me included large doses of pde5 pills plus injections the simple act of pumping it up was very minimal… also available anytime anywhere for as long as I wanted which was not true at all before implant!
