What am I waiting for and why I don't want an implant despite a venous leak??? I can tell you 1. Risks, it could go wrong. 2. The penis will get a bit smaller. 3. Who wants to always grab their balls to get an erection? It's embarrassing and women rarely understand such things. People are selective about such things. 4. The glans is flat. That's my current opinion on the matter. Medicine needs to come up with more ideas, many forms of ED are vascular, more research is needed.
