If surgeons were to go with stronger wraps that wouldn’t separate or allow corporal tissues to grow in between, they would have to come up with a tight wrap/sleeve, much like the Shah sleeve that ready2go mentioned. Will this affect the bendability of the metal core implants? That’s another potential issue to think about!

so since then ,at least from 2018 "t the Ghattas implantation technique, described below, from October 2018 to May 2020"
no one bothers to determine if this wrap should be added . thanks for that ,doctors .
to much trouble for THEM i guess .

There is a Dr in California, Dr Liu, who specializes in applying a wrap of a natural mesh called Surgimend, a surgical mesh made of natural calf dermis. He applies this to the penis for girth enhancement, though I've never heard of him doing it to an implanted patient.

Interesting.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

yea , thats called a dermal graft .
"Dermal grafts, particularly acellular dermal matrices (ADMs), are increasingly used in penile girth augmentation. These grafts can provide a significant increase in penile circumference, "
"Surgical Procedure:
The graft is typically placed under the skin of the penile shaft, using a small incision near the base of the penis. "
OR.....Degloving Procedure:
In some cases, a modified degloving procedure may be used, which involves gently lifting the skin of the penis to allow for easier graft placement. .....

yikes .
That doesn't sound good . Having the skin on your wiener pulled off .
Having a wrap installed while the malleable done would be the opportune time .
But no one does that as far as we know with members on this site .
Maybe one of the sleeves from the shah would fit nicely on the ridgi10 . Making a 14mm into a 15mm . And if a person would be willing to pay for the shah as a parts throw away, it could be used .
hmmm . who will volunteer? :) its to late for me , ill go to HA filler land to regain my Lost girth . but i wonder if that shah sleeve would fit on the ridgi10 ? say goodbye to any warranty though ,for sure

For Singapore, please also lookup the following andrologists in your research. I asked around and got these names.

Dr. Ronny Tan
Dr. Lim Huat Chye Peter

Ok ive met dr ronny tan. When i asked him how many implants he does per year he declined to comment. I thought this was a red flag. He also said its ipp/mpp - 50/50 demand. I want to know from indianrasputin which clinic he got his done. If all went well then thats ok.

"Replacing an AMS three component IPP can present unique challenges. Tissue grows into the polytetrafluoroethylene sleeve, which surrounds each cylinder input tube; dissecting these sleeves out is sometimes difficult and tedious. Occasionally, the outer silicone layer of one of the cylinders will tear; this allows corporal tissue to grow into the middle woven layer and can make it difficult to dissect the cylinder out of the corpora."

There isn’t anything else they could wrap it with? The wrapping of the malleable for girth sounds like a nifty idea.

Now there is a silicone wrap used for penile girth enhancement . Its permanent . Unlike HA fillers , that are said to last 12 to 18 months , then need a touch up ,[but less so with guys with implants ? i think it was dr perito who stated that ].
a "small incision" at the base of the penis by the scrotum is used to insert it .
this sounds interesting . i assume it has a" higher risk " of focking you upish if something goes wrong . i read its available in Thailand which is not far from where i am . hmmmm worth looking into .
