How to get more blood flow to the glans?

Hi there

I am wondering how could I get more blood flow to the glans without rings? What strategies you have?

Its weird, sometimes I can get my glans full with blood, mainly before the first orgasm, but not always, and in the second round it is much more difficult. Any advice?

Maybe something I can eat to improve blood flow?

Hello Walting789, In 2023, I had a similar problem, except my dick went dead. Neema, nada, zip, nothin' ... It was sadning, terrifying ...after all these yrs. of working Great.... I did some research and discovered that eating the right foods might help.. So, being a no cost option, I followed the recommend foods to eat..The project was done to increase the Nitric Oxide in the blood stream... So, I began to eat water melon, blue berries rasberries, , black berries, dark grapes, dark chocolate, wall nuts, pecans, almonds plus some others. Then, I discovered that there are things not to eat... milk, cereal, white breads, mouth wash... I did not keep a log on this goings on, but in a couple of months, I was rewarded with a good working dick...with strong sexual sensations, by the way.....That happened one year ago...
