Pre-cycling intimacy

Have to wait two more weeks before my first appointment and learning how to cycle. My surgeon told me no sex for six weeks, but what's the harm in taking care of my wife in the meantime?
71 yrs old, ED for 50 years, tried orals, trimix and vac with no luck. Was implanted 5/29/2025 AMS700 LGX, 21 cm 2 cm extenders

gentle oral is nice

3 weeks seems more reasonable.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

Because it will make your penis hurt more and require you to want/need more pain pills or other treatments. You can figure out for yourself if intimacy is worth that result, because it will happen, and I can prove this one by my own experience.

Follow your surgeon’s instruction to the letter. It doesn’t matter what some other guy here was told by THEIR surgeon. Follow your’s without bending the rules.


SURE enjoy intimacy with your wife. Oral, fingers, toys. All great. But leave your penis out of it until your doc says it’s OK.
