Just a few more questions, wolfpacker: why did you decide to switch to a CX after having the Titan? Is it safe to use a cock ring with the implant, or could the pressure/constriction cause a cylinder to rupture? And if this works fine for you, why would you consider explanting the implant?

The titan was so uncomfortable and unnatural feeling when deflated. It just felt like sharp crinkled up plastic straws poking my penis at multiple angles from the inside out. I think the cock ring would be safe with the implant but I'm more worried about it's effect on your penis tissue. You must have a really massive dick if you cannot tell if you are inflated or not with the Titan. I think your option would be to go to a Rigicon X if you really care about that. Another option would be fillers to improve your girth. But bear in mind fillers are soft, you will have a bigger but softer feeling dick on the outside. Hope that makes sense

According to MUCH research over the years and discussing penile implants with six different implant surgeons I’ve been under the care of, I’ve learned that if you are not getting blue vein rock hard erections throughout your sleep cycle, no matter who you are and how big your dick is, your dick is going to shrink and there is NO changing that except with a VED.
