Bringing spouse to initial consultation

I didn't want my wife to know the details of the surgery, so she stayed in the waiting are during the discussions.
I thought of this guy and his wife and Dr Kramer from some years ago.

I told him his wife was a beautiful woman and that he got the best of the deal.

I think there's a lot of shame and stigma with implant. But if you want to get the most satisfaction with the implant and you have stable partner, no brainer to include them in the discussion.

My partner was very helpful in asking questions and selecting the right surgeon.

Yes, this stigma has to change, it's really nothing different than a breast implant and as I remember it was the same with breast implants, in the early days, women didn't tell anyone, they got an implant, today... they show off with their big implanted boobs

These mid age women need to know we can go on for hours as hard as they want us to.
My wife is starting to get really anxious to try him out. She is over three weeks without an orgasm and it is starting to show. Moaning and wrapping her legs over me while she is sleeping. Funny as hell.

If you loose your leg, you get an artificial leg.
If hard of hearing, you get a hearing aid.
If you have difficulty seeing, you get glasses or contacts.
If you tired of walking, you get an automobile.

I just want to provide an alternative perspective with a positive outcome.

After years of little to no intimacy that was destroying my marriage, I went to Dr. Gross, knowing he is an ED specialist. At that point, I didn't know implants existed. My wife didn't go. Our relationship was really bad at that point, and she was leaving it up to me completely to address the ED.

When Dr. Gross presented the implant as an option for treatment, I knew immediately it was what I wanted. I went home and told my wife about it. We both looked at the information and some conversation threads in FrankTalk. But she was still skeptical.

She remained detached through the whole process. I fought without her for months to get insurance to approve the surgery. When I told her it was approved, she reacted with cool disinterest. I went back to Dr. Gross alone for a pre-surgery meeting. She dropped me off at the hospital, went home, and picked me up outside the next morning.

As you can tell, she was actively uninvolved in this process. And now? She is happy with me having an implant. Our relationship is much better because of it and how I've changed as a result of having an implant.

So, I just wanted to show guys who may be in a similar situation to me that this can turn out well without the active support of your partner.

There one can see that not always it is needed to have the consult together with your partner, or to have your partner's OK. it is mostly you to decide, if you want an implant or not. After you get it, your life and attitudes will change dramatically and she will love you for that; anyway I doubt there is any women who wonts to have no sex in a relation-ship!
