Just a few more questions, wolfpacker: why did you decide to switch to a CX after having the Titan? Is it safe to use a cock ring with the implant, or could the pressure/constriction cause a cylinder to rupture? And if this works fine for you, why would you consider explanting the implant?

The titan was so uncomfortable and unnatural feeling when deflated. It just felt like sharp crinkled up plastic straws poking my penis at multiple angles from the inside out. I think the cock ring would be safe with the implant but I'm more worried about it's effect on your penis tissue. With the implant your soft tissue is already constantly pressed against plastic cylinders, and then with a cock ring the tissue is now being squeezed at high pressure between two layers of plastic.
