Cannot confirm this. I have a Titan with one touch and my implant definitely not self-inflate. Not the slightest.

So, several weeks later and I’ve had sex twice, and I thought my implant performed well. I wasn’t able to climax with penetration, but I was able to do so afterwards when I was stimulated orally by my partner. As others have noted elsewhere, missionary sex is a bit tricky because of the angle of the implant, but I have been adapting. I’ve put the concerns about not being able to get all the fluid out of the implant to the side for now. I don’t really think it’s a problem; however, every night when I’m lying in bed before asleep, I make sure to give it a good squeeze, and because I’m lying down not as much fluid fills it automatically…
