Why Can’t You be Given an LGX Twice?

Like the heading asks: why with revision from an LGX is it necessary to receive the CX? I know the explanation is that it’s due to the internal measurements getting bigger through cycling, but couldn’t they just give you another 21cm LGX with more RTEs?

They could for sure, but I think the more RTEs, the lesser will be the angle, means it's going down towards 3 or 4 o'clock, so you won't be satisfied and surgeons don't like unsatisfied patients

For most guys, that have 3-4 it does matter, but to me, it doesn't matter, I care more to increase girth and that's what the LGX allows.

What are you basing this off that you can't get the LGX twice? Any reports, doctor's notes, etc.? I can't find anywhere claiming that this is a real restriction, nor does it really make sense why it would be.

I gained girth w my Lgx over my natural pencil dick Lol, I think that there is no issue getting an
Lgx a second time, Lots of guys choose to get the Cx for a second implant. I probably would opt for the Cx if my Lgx goes tits up. Im liking the shower aspect of Cx.
The Rte s are for adjusting where the supply tubes enters the penis , morso over length adj.
