Titan implant doesn’t support my girth.

Us bigger guys tend to lose some girth. I went from 6.5” to 5.5” and have since regained a bit and am now 6.0”.

But I was warned by my surgeon (Dr Eid) that I would lose girth. I was told I would end up 6.1”. Since I was told what to expect ahead of time I don’t share the same sense of disappointment. I chose the largest implant available to me on the market. I had a great surgeon. There is nothing else I could have done to have a larger girth so far.

It’s frustrating that Coloplast and AMS don’t make numerous widths. Even the Coloplast Titan XL is the same width. Just longer (24, 26, & 28cm).

You have a couple options to regain some girth. Injectable fillers, the penuma implant, or a revision with a Rigicon X.

The literature says the Titan’s maximum width is 17.8mm while the Rigicon X’s is 23mm. But the Rigicon is not yet available in the US. So if you are based here in the US you’d need to travel and likely pay out of pocket.

True, but paying out of pocket abroad is usually more affordable than USA. Also, it is likely rigicon X will be available in USA next year (or so they sat at Rigicon)

I think what happened to you is exactly what Dr Eid says will happen: the natural tissue in the shaft and glans will slowly atrophy away after the implant is placed, according to him. Same thing happened to me, it is not nearly as meaty and heavy as it was in the early days of the implant.

Its crazy because coloplast (titan) claim its designed to fit any girth. But yeah Dr Eid says you will loose size because of atrophy.

The titan implant is not big though. The diameter of the cylinders are the same as a nickel. Line up to nickels in your hand and tell me that that is alot of girth. It isnt.

yeah its super frustrating. like i told wolf the diameter of these cylinders is the same as a nickel which isnt much. I unwisely did silicone injections. Its permanent but it isnt useable girth. Its squishy and moves around when pressed.

I was 6.375” in girth. I am now 6.0. Being the average penis is about 4.75” in girth you will be fine. Its not a big deal, I read once most dildos sold by Adam and Eve are about 5.25-5.5 in girth. Youll be fine, no woman is kicking a 6” cock away because it is too narrow

Not sure how revelent this is or even if anybody will believe it. My wife told me several times that we never had sex where she wished for a bigger dick. Meaning girth. 6" was plenty.
