Questions about Coloplast Titan

I had surgery on April 9th and got a 20cm + 2cm RTE Titan. I've been cycling daily since May 9th and regained my original length of 6.1 inches. Bone pressed it is actually 6.3 inches. Also gained back my 5 in girth. These gains happened very slowly and gradually.

First question - You guys, for how long did you do daily cycling post-op? Is there any chance for more gains in future months or once you reached your pre-op size you can't gain more? Also I noticed I am a bit girthier after abstaining from ejaculation for 3-4 days.

Second question - So far I haven't had the chance to try the implant with real sex. But I noticed the pump in my scrotum is more forward then the pubic bone. Does this mean during sex you cannot penetrate with your full (bone pressed) length because the pump and the tubing would hit against her thighs or buttocks?

Now for your questions. I am 7 years out now and have the same Coloplast implant as you and I LOVE IT! I am 5.5" bone press with the same 5.5" girth I have always had. I pump up just about every morning, love to play with it. Sorry, I do not have any pictures but if you look back at some early posts you will see pictures. Getting this implant is the best thing I have ever done for myself, other then marring my wife of 58 years. Yes, we do still have sex, I'm 81 and she is 78.
As for the second question, I only have one fully developed testicle, the left, so the pump is on the right side which makes my whole package look much better.

Thank you for your answer. What you wrote is really encouraging. I wish all the best for you. I am just wondering if you had your current size right after surgery or did it take you several months of cycling to reach that length and girth?
I am jyst trying to find out if I can expect some further gains in the following months.

Looks like to me you got your size back pretty quickly. I was 2inches post op prostrate removal for 3 years ED and post implant over two years now I am 6 L 6 G which took 6 months in seeing an increase in size. I cycled twice per day for one year and maxed out with my growth.

I usually cycle 1x a day for 15-20 minutes. Twice a day on weekends. Should I do it for longer time per session?

Looks like you got a great result from your surgery, congrats!

I have read of some guys getting slightly larger than what they believed their pre-op size was -- maybe because they get harder with the implant than they could pre-op. I'd make sure to keep cycling at least a year post-op just to be sure you get everything you can.

I'm still pre-op so I don't know the answer to your pump question, but it seems like if it was interfering it might rotate back out of the way when pushed against during thrusting? Just a guess.

I have a question for you: why did your surgeon use a 20cm implant plus 2cm RTE, instead of just a 22cm implant?

Simple: you’re more aroused equaling more blood flow.
