Small balls from Trt will it effect pump placement in my scrotum ?

I’ve been taking testosterone for over 2 years now and my balls have shrunk to a size of grape I’m wondering if getting an implant would cause problems with the pump position? What should I do ?

Talk to your Dr about HCG. I cycle on and off of HCG along with my TRT to maintain my balls.. I don't like 'em small! It works really well for this.

The only difference is that the pump is a lot more obvious. It doesn't affect the placement. My experience.
66 years old; pills worked for several years, then trimix worked for a while, but became ineffective. May 21, 2025 infrapubic implant Titan 24 cm 0 RTE.

What's had your dosage regimen been? I'm looking into this as well 1
LGX 700 18.5cm 6'23 by Kaiser Dr. Moheydar do not recom. 12 wks LT cyl failure. Rev to Genesis 11'23.Poor inst again, twisted cyli & tub 3rd surgery Dr Odorica Nov24, with near perfect & web removal. Postop length 5.5" near 6" normal.

How long do you wait between the HCG-Cycles?

The small balls will help pump and thread into your scrotum
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Just makes more room for the pump to not be crowded. I’ve been on testosterone for 6-7 years and my nuts are grape size and it’s not an issue at all. If anything it’s probably more comfortable than it might have been when my nuts were big. I do miss my much larger balls that I used to have…
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong

6-8 weeks depending how the boys are feeling. I prefer them bigger as it will hide the pump better and not stand out as much
