Poll - 700 LGX 18+3 Length?

I would like to know of those men who were given a 700 LGX 18+3, what are your final pumped up length and girth?
I am wondering how varied the results can be.

I was implanted with the 700lgx 18cm and 1.5 rte’s in May/2017. Not quite the 3rte’s you are asking for. My measured erection was just under 6”. I lost at least 3/4” in length and definitely lost girth. I never got the expansion that AMS promised and feel that it is hype and advertisement. Your penis will not grow past its natural potential. Fast forward to present…. Implant failed April/2025. I am scheduled for Titan revision and hoping to be sized better to gain some length/girth. I am not bitter and feel that the lgx met my needs and allowed me to have sexual intimacy on demand for 8 years. I remain a proponent for IPP because the alternative sucks when you cant get erect. Just my 2 cents !

have the AMS LGX 18 + 5 cm RTE, implanted July 23, so now 2 years, I got like 1 inch in lenght and 1/2 in girth and am now 20cm (7.5 inch) in lenght and 14cm (5,5 inch) in girth, with fucking at least once or twice a day. Very satisfied and love my dick!

The Lgx 18 is Ams work horse thats a common size foe average men like me. The thing about the lgx that gets confusing information is that it better mimics your natural penis. It shrinks way more then the other implants on the market. Although you will be a “ shower” it will never shrink like your natural cock could.
I ended up with gains in both directions as I delt w 10 years of serious ed due to injury. So I came out after a year of cycling to 6.75 with out engorging. My youthful size was 7.25 so long term a loss over all due to the injury. I am happy with it all and if it fails tomorrow I be in the docs office the next day.

My final after cycling and healing is 6.25 inches with 5.25 girth. I'm pretty sure that is very close to my original size, but it is plenty to satisfy my wifey.

Implanted in 3/26/24 with an AMS LGX 18cm w/2cm rte. Considered myself below average most of my life. Am now just over 14 mos post op. Very happy with my new size and ability even though I may only still be average at 6". I really feel larger than before. I suffered with ED for over 20+ yrs, tried pills and injections and combinations of both. Was getting extremely depressed, not being able to maintain an erection for sexual intercourse. Now it feels great to be able to maintain a hard erection for hours of sexual satisfaction.

My surgeon refuses to use LGX for 18cm.
I got the 18cm CX with 3cm on one cylinder and 3.5cm on the other.
Lifelong I was 6" and now I'm usually 6.25, but I just started reaching 6.50 with a hard bone press.
Needless to say, my wife and I are happy with it. Girth seems normal and maybe a bit larger that pre-op, but I never measured that.
