Hey, Goodwood, I’m not yet 5 weeks out but I’m hoping I get less sensitive so I can wear more restrictive underwear. I have the same implant as you and right now it’s a problem.

For the first few weeks I found that wearing a baby sock on my penis helped decrease sensitivity. In general, support was more comfortable than commando. Now three months out anything is comfortable. No problem.

I dress to the left but the Krakatoa brand trunks (Haleakala model) give good support and are super comfortable.

Wow it looks like you have huge girth! Is the tight underwear putting pressure on the implant tips in the glans?
