Osprey_1, I was able to shortly after I started cycling, but it takes much longer than before. I'm 4+ months post-op now, and sensitivity has improved a little, but I'm anxious to see if that continues to improve thru the healing process. When I say sensitivity, I don't mean numbness. I'm referring to sexual sensitivity -- hope that makes sense.

It took a lot of work for the first 3 months or so ... I mean, I pounded for an hour or more.
It started getting better at about 3-6 months.

At about 8 or 9 months, I researched anitdepressant side effects, and lo and behold the damn Zoloft (even at very low dose) was causing it. Great cure for premature ejaculators! Now that I am off it, nearly back to normal, I am happy to report.
