Mine also points down (not sure why this happens with implants, seems to me there has been very little research or progress since implants first became available), but I have been making do with different positions, and also strategic use of pillows. The pillows work, but it’s frustrating when I really get going and then I slip out…

So, when inflated, my implant points to 4 o’clock; it’s very difficult to bend upward, but can be somewhat. I would like to be able to have missionary sex again, although I’m concerned angling the implant upward might cause a cylinder to rupture (or some shit). Does anyone have any experience/insight on this matter?

Thanks!

it is easier for it to break when you do the perito exercises than when you have sex, even hard, I don't believe that the perito exercises lengthen the penis, I think cycling is enough for that, I believe that the perito exercises lead to early breakage of the device

Secondchance, I was concerned about the direction of the new Bionic Penis. I had talked on the phone with one of the Patient Champions from AMS 700 and he said that the new direction was most likely going to be straight out and he said that he had to adjust how he had missionary sex and that was what I would possibly end up with.

Did your natural erection have a more elevated position before you lost your ability to get a good hard erection?

When I was implanted my dick did stick straight out at the beginning for the 6 weeks of healing before I had device training, but when I started cycling and I was able to get more pumps in to max the inflation, my dick would start rising after around 20 pumps. At 20 pumps mine still sticks straight out, at 25 pumps it raises to 2:30 position and at 30 to 35 pumps it goes up higher to the 2 o'clock position.

I have the Boston Scientific AMS 700 18cm LGX with 3cm rear tip extenders.

My pre-implant and pre E.D. erections were at a throbbing 1 o’clock, which is why this implant is taking some getting used to… and not only does it slightly point down there’s a little bit of a hinge effect when you press down on it, a little bit of give. If I am VERY aroused, this goes away.

Wow! That’s crazy that you went from a 1 O’clock to 3 or 4 o’clock.

Wow, you're lucky to get to 2 o'clock...30-35 pumps! I can't get in anything close to that; my pump hardens after maybe 10 full pumps (counting 2 half pumps as one)

When pumped to the max, mine gets to 1 o'clock, which it was also at pre-prostatectomy.

Ever since the implant 9 weeks ago, I've kept it pointing up, which again was how I dressed pre RP. Pushing it down to 3 o'clock is uncomfortable.

Have you tried having it inflated to as hard as is comfortable and pointing at 12 o'clock while wearing jockey-type underwear? If that is how you keep it all the time, it could well change to some extent.

After such a long time, your implant shouldn't be too uncomfortable by now, so you can push it without causing any damage.
