Any updates mate?
43, ED since late 20's, Pills on and off since then increasing strengths with inconsistent results. Now 5mg Cialis daily and either 20mg Cialis or 100mg Viagra
Not sure if it's Psychological or Physiological, long-term use of SSRI's probably hasn't helped

Hi all,
It's a great post and I just would like to confirm what the "bionic brother" posted up till now was absolutely correct, according to my experience.
I had Rigicon Infla10 AX too (I went to Istanbul) on the 21st of May 2025. I chose it because of the anatomic extension (AX) feature, the lifetime warranty, and the additional protective layers - in contrast with AMS or Coloplast implant brands.
I was told that I could start cycling after three weeks. I did so. However, the pump is at the same place like his, and I also struggled to deflate the implant at the first time (i.e. I have been left erected for hours). I started to panic a bit; what happens if I cannot deflate it??? Finally, I managed to find the deflate button and went back to semi-erected state. Nevertheless, due to still feeling haematomas in my scrotum, I decided to postpone the next attempt until the middle of the fifth week to let the excessive haematomas to permanently resorb. By that time I should clearly feel the pump as well as the deflate button. I check them day by day and I can admit that it is getting easier and easier to find the deflate button at first or second try.
By the way, when I first inflated, the pain was huge. Probably it was too early. I am looking forward to week five, and I also expect pain but, by reading others' reviews, I know (hope...) that, with time being, the pain will decrease or disappear and the result will be the desired one.

Hi Jetkoboss, who was your surgeon in turkey? And how was your experience?
Would be good if you update your signature with implant size, doctor, etc.
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

I think I have managed to update the signature.
My experience was excellent. 10/10.
Hotel with breakfast, private minicabs waited for me from and to the airport (at 3AM on the way back!), one night stay in hospital, amazing medical staff (surgeons, nurses, carers), private hospital room. I was extremely impressed.
All went through Bookimed. I received four fully detailed surgery and treatment plans after they contacted clinics in Istanbul (that was my preferred city due to flight links to London). The prices the clinics offered were fair and reasonable. Bookimed did not charge me extra for them.
Everything went smooth and super-organised. Could not be more grateful for the medical staff and the agency as well.
Correspondence took place via WhatsApp, all my questions have been thoroughly answered, no grey zone left at all beforehand.

Congrats NewGuy for your successful implant. I hope you enjoy it a lot.
I was wondering if both dr. Osmonov and dr. Park did the implant. Do they operate together? I read a post of a member here who was implanted by Dr. Sean Park in Korea.

Jetkoboss, did you get penoscrotal or infrapubic? How is recovery so far?

I had penoscrotal.
I'm not entirely sure it is the most appropriate place to make the incision when choosing Rigicon because the wound is exactly over the top of the pump that makes deflating very difficult. Maybe the button would be better on the side instead of the end of the bar over the pump (like AMS 700 has). Although, after wound healing fully completed, this point may become insignificant.
Moreover, my pump is at the back and in between (well, a bit on the left) that seems to be the worst position. It might be a Rigicon policy to place it there because I read that others have theirs at the same place. It's just painful and torturous to operate the whole thing. Moreover, the pump is as hard as a concrete ball. My thumb is in pain already because of that. In addition, I am unable to fully deflate, i.e. my Holy Rod remains semi-rigid (half erected), the same I came out of the operating theatre. I've already noticed longing glances from the ladies sitting in front of me while standing on the tube (subway in US) and holding onto the overhead rail, but I haven't dared to send them encouraging signals yet.
In short, I'm not happy with the process of valve operation at the moment but will see how it goes. I believe, I just heavily struggle with the initial difficulties that all of us went through at the beginning. Nevertheless, I'm still optimistic.

The pump is usually hard at first. After a couple months if will be soft. I don't use my thumb for pump I use my whole palm and press with several fingers at one (everyone has their own technique though)
Is the pump lower or higher than the testicles? And does it bother you at all when you sit down?
Is your reservoir on the left?
