Superior in what way? Sensation?

Sensations, assuming injections are working.

Yeah that is my suspicion too. I'm just wondering how different that sensation is between the two.

He didn't state a numerical comparison. His point was that a pharmacologically induced natural erection offers a more physiological and superior pleasure. The throbbing blood and warmth of natural erection is no match to the prosthetic erection even if aided by PDE-5I.

Such a shame. Wish the implant could compete on that level.

Or I wish the injections could be applied once a day and be more spontaneous.

I don’t believe this is the experience of all patients. I tried several formulations of injections and always had a strong achy pain deep in the base of my penis when using them. That does not lead to superior pleasure, in my opinion. That said, I would encourage anyone to try injections prior to moving to an implant because for many, the injections work well.

What has been your personal experience with bimix formulation?

Point well taken.

I understand that medicine is never absolute. Clinical outcomes are based on population averages, and even with rigorous approval processes, there will always be individual variability. Unfortunately, outliers will always exist, that’s the nature of bell curve in statistics.
