Jelq, it depends on how much of your penis is inside you. The penis goes all the way down to your crus which is your proximal measurement.

The outside of your penis which is visible is the distal measurement.

Most men’s measurements, the distal is more than the proximal.

My doc pulled on my limp flaccid dick and said that’s about what you’ll have. Lol
