How quickly can you inflate your implant?

I'm planning to get an IPP this year; not sure which brand. Curious as to how quickly it can be inflated to the ideal rigidity for penetrative sex. How many pumps is that? I realize the answers may vary based on the device and its size. If you answer my questions, please add which device you have and its size, if you know.

21cm CX. 15 pumps, maybe 1 or 2 partials if a few pumps weren't quite full. About a minute or a little less.

In the big picture, a minute flies by quickly.

Had my AMS CX 21cm for 27.months and well verse in inflating/deflating. IPP's are on demand erections and doesn't care time, day, drunk, high. For me to get to 100% it takes about 5 minutes and here's why. Your tissue has to stretch and sometimes the pump bulb can't force that amount of fluid in a shirt time.

Bottom line, they work awesome and are durable. Get yourself one and see for yourself. Good luck with your adventure into the wonderful world of IPP.

I would say less than a minute for me as I keep it little inflated all the time(just enough to not be rigid but having like a dick and not a flat tire).
Before action you give some pump to be already a little hard then wait the engorgement to come and then give some extra 5-6 pumps to get ready. Once ready you can give some extra tiny pumps if you want be harder.

It takes 1 minute for 50% to 2.5 minutes for 90%-100%, but you can still add few mini pumps during sex.

Sydney, I'm about 4 months post-op and have a Tenacio pump. Mine was very very stiff in the beginning but is easy to use now. I remember wondering how I was ever going to make that work in advance of sex . As the pump softened, the number and types of pumps has changed over time -- here's what its like now to get to 100%:
o 10-15 "full pumps" easy to squeeze, and the pump feels like its collapsing 1/2-3/4 of the way, it never feels like it collapses 100%
o 5-8 "half pumps", harder to squeeze, and the pump feels like its collapsing about 1/4 of the way
o 5-8 "mini pumps", hard to squeeze, can feel small increments of inflation and the pump feels like its collapsing about 1/8 of the way
After that, I can do a couple micro pumps every few minutes -- but that's when the pressure, or minor dull pain, starts in the upper shaft and glans. I interpret that as incremental stretching.
After that, I can still squeeze the pump a little bit, but it seems like the sides of the pump are just bulging out a little (now that its softer), and I stop feeling incremental inflation. When the pump was new it would get hard like a marble, but now I think the sides just flex a little when pumped to 100%.
FWIW, during PIV sex, I pump to 85-95%. My wife likes that much better than rock hard stiff, and says it feels more natural with the contour inside her. Plus the sensation is better for me.
The only time she felt part of the implant during PIV sex was at 100% inflation, when she thought she felt the tip(s) of the cylinders. That doesn't happen at 85-95% inflation.

Elapsed time to get to 85-95% is an average of 1 - 1.5 min, and that is not trying to do it as fast as I can. Other answers to your questions are in the signature line below.

Okay, I am alone in a hotel room, so I am going to do some science.

• Fully-drained to great-for-sex: 33 seconds.
• Mildly-plumped to great-for-sex: 17 seconds.
• Aggressively-plumped to great-for-sex: 9 seconds.
• Aggressively-plumped to minimum-hard-enough-for-sex: zero seconds.

Here's the thing to notice! When I'm "aggressively plumped", which I define as visible in my jeans but not tenting them, that's already hard enough to have sex, hence the "zero seconds". It's not my ideal, but it's hard enough.

That means if I really want to be ready, I can aggressively plump, maybe in the bathroom at the restaurant or during intermission at a play, and I am fully ready to go if the situation evolves that direction. (What I'm calling "aggressively plumped" might be too much for dress pants, but jeans fabric is sturdier, and aside from the occasional knowing glance, it's fine. Don't do it at a park with kids, but it's okay for a restaurant or bar.) For "mildly-plumped" I pump a little, but not even enough to tent my underwear. It puts me into "shower not grower" range, but no problem at all.

Also, to get from "aggressively plumped" to "great for sex" is only 9 seconds. Then's super easy to do while going down on her, during any short break in the action, or whatever.

It's longer to get to "as hard as possible," because as others have noticed, it can take a while for tissues to expand. You pump as hard as you can, wait a while, and then squeeze in a few more. But the thing is, that doesn't matter! I mean, you can certainly do that if you or your partner prefer it that way, but it's not required for awesome sex. The "minimum" I talk about isn't my favorite for sex, but "great for sex" is great.

In general I get the impression that the length expanding implants take longer to inflate to achieve the same stiffness.

Sydney, I have the AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extenders and a 100ml reservoir.

If I pump slow and methodically, it usually takes 25 full pumps wall to wall squeezes, then I give it just a little bit to stretch the tissue and I can get 5 to 6 more half pumps to make it super hard.

Going slow - fully deflated with all the saline squeezed out 1 minute and 20 seconds giving a 3 to 5 seconds for stretching before I get in the 5 or 6 half pumps. (31 pumps total) I can probably get a few more half pumps in if my wife thinks it isn't hard enough I just pull out and give it a couple more pumps

Going Faster - fully deflated with all the saline squeezed out 54 seconds and I don't wait for stretching, I just keep pumping with the half pumps at the end to get rock hard. About the same amount of pumps. (32 or 33 pumps total). I can probably get a few more half pumps in if my wife thinks it isn't hard enough I just pull out and give it a couple more pumps

I use my right hand with the middle of my thumb knuckle and the middle of my index finger knuckle, so that I'm using more of my forearm muscle to pump rather than just the finger muscles.

Recently I had a squamous cell carcinoma removed from my right hand and I had to switch to my left hand until it healed.

Boy was it tough to pump the bulb with my left hand, I really need to get my left hand and forearm muscle on that side stronger.
