Any issues you have post-implant will be ignored by Kramer. Everyone going into surgery with him should be aware of this. Short of an infection, he will do nothing to address your issues or acknowledge he made a mistake. The guy is a fucking prick. Same thing happened to me, a GIANT aneurysm/bulge on both sides near the base of my penis. Said looks fine to me, not worth fixing. It hurt and looked awful. Suffered through 4 subsequent surgeries after dealing with his negligence.

Hrc714 wrote:I used Dr Cramer as surgeon and failed after only 3 years. My failure must have been between the pump and reservoir as it slowly list fluid only when deflated. When I figured out the failure I was still able to pump to 80%. Staying at that level I was able to maintain size over the 6 months it took to get a revision. That said, I went into revision at 8” and out with 6”, so not sure the 6 month erection was worth the trouble.
I was just reading that you lost 2 inches, but yout signature says that you got a bigger implant in your revision? i often wonder how the maths work here, as it's possible to get a bigger implant but still shorter penis.
I wonder how you are doing now a few years later, did you manage to recover all of your size?

Did Hakky say anything about infection risk being higher or give you a % of risk?
No. No discussion on infection risk other than the normal stuff for a surgery. With the way it's done now, and with a competent Dr, the risk isn't that great in my opinion.

First surgery was done in a university hospital when the injury occurred the first time in 2020 before the implant - I had surgery - they cut me open and said they didn’t need a implant just had to fix a tear. Never could keep an erection after that.
2nd surgery- was from a Urologist in San Antonio Sammy Vick- surgery sucked because I was undersized heavy with Titan- 18 by 2. I had floppy glands or whatever you call it w so much pain. Could not have sex at all
3rd surgery- i flew to Baltimore and Kramer did my next surgery with a Titan as well at 21 by 2. Implant was great but developed a bulge/kink on the left lower area of my penis and kept getting bigger/ Kramer had terrible bed side manners so could never get to chat with him he said all looked ok but it was apparent
4th surgery- called Dr Kansas out in Austin - we met up and after a few examinations he stated that there was indeed a problem with the left cylinder popping out the corpora- got the revision- shorted me with 18 by 3 - sucked because I was 7.5 natural now I was looking at 6. Worked for 1 and a half maybe 2 and the pump broke on the CX
5th surgery- pending insurance for revision with Dr Clavell in Houston
Pamen, how did your surgery go with Clavell?

John, how long did your first implant last?
First implant was April of 2023 and failed the first week confirmed at my 2 week followup ( I now know or believe the reason was my Dr messed up and had a "needle strike") the revision or second one was implanted in June 2023 and it lasted till Jan of 2024 ( about 6 months and it's failure was the tubing connector to the reservoir failed or came apart most likely due to my original Dr not squeezing the connector together properly ) and my second revision or third implant was placed by Dr Hakky Feb 2025.

Pamen116 wrote:I’m already going on 5 months I believe or longer. It’s been hard to get a job with good benefits to cover the revision. My question is: could I use VED to help from length/girth loss until I can afford the revision? Or is it impossible to not loose size since my implant is broken
Let's be real. Say my employer insurance covers my implant and then I get laid off. Without solid savings or a job offering stellar health insurance, I'm royally screwed if the device fails. That’s a harsh reality.

To any newbie considering an implant: don’t rush into it. Exhaust every non-surgical option first...yes, that includes the freakin injections. And if you don’t have cash or Medicare (in the US), fuck the inflatables. Get a malleable instead and stop obsessing over maximum girth. A less-than-ideal girth is still better than a broken dick and no resources to fix it.
